What is it like to live in Wuppertal? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Wuppertal city is not the nicest part but there are lots of nice places around it. Bigger cities such as Cologne or Düsseldorf are not far with the train.

What is the student lifestyle like in Wuppertal?

If you come to Wuppertal you should definately live in one of the dorms because many students come from outside and don't stay in Wuppertal when uni has finished.

How much does it cost to live in Wuppertal?

Maybe 150-200€ for food, around 250€ for a room near to the University. Nearly no costs for books etc (you can buy old ones from older students).

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Wuppertal? Is there any advice you can give?

There is an accommodation group on facebook but in any University group they post if there is a free room. Also in the city of Wuppertal there are always lots of free rooms.

Is it good to eat out in Wuppertal? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

You should go to the Extrablatt in the center of Wuppertal Elberfeld.

Is the nightlife good in Wuppertal? Where is good to go?

Thrre are several Student partys but its better to go to Cologne.
