Chapter 4

Yeah, so I was planning on talking to you guys today about the classes, but now I just remembered that I only started to really attend my lessons on April (because the classes were boring and I didn't had the patience to go to it haha), excluding one class that I really liked about military tourism. For me it was really awesome, since I only had to do 5 more subjects to finish my degree, but other people had a lot of work on their hands, especially the ones in the accounting department, which was the department my two new greek friends were in. So, people who are in accounting or economics BE AWARE you're gona have to work quite a bit, especially in doing projects and presentations every week. The classes I attended were all taught in english, so you don't have to worry about learning polish or any other things, sometimes the teachers plan a field trip for the class and you can go to the countryside to learn some cool stuff. I had the luck on going to one and it was much better than any other subject.

Mostly the teachers there want to help you pass with a good grade, the grades go from 0-5, five being the top mark, and in most of my subjects I got a five which was great for my grade avarage. So, in the first weeks my routine was waking up in the "hellhole" in a couch (oh yes, I was sleeping in a couch because the bed was broken, my "friend" was using the other one), check google maps for a bus, a bus station close to the apartment and go hang out in my new male greek-french friends dorm, while my "friend" went to classes and later would give my hell about not going. What an awesome relationship we had!

I was so attached to the dorms that I would spend my entire time there with the guys just saying stupid stuff and hanging out. By this time I met some good old fellow portuguese dudes, but for some reason I didn't spend so much time with them. It's like I told you before, when you are in a group you get attached to it and it's difficult to leave it, not that it's a bad thing, in either of the groups I had a lot of fun. It didn't matter how much time I would spend in the dorm I knew I had to go back to the other side of the city before dark, because I never knew how to catch the night bus and get back to the apartment and I never cared to learn up until the very end of erasmus. Coming and going from the apartment would consume me almost 3h depending on traffic condicions, this was driving me insane, so I started to get up really early so that I could take the bus at 9h or something, just to spend another extra hour with the guys playing futsal or futebol and getting sick after that. Smart boys! :D

So...yeah ahaha. This was the beginning of my routine in Warsaw, no matter how you read this, you may think I was having a horrible time, well, in one side it's true, but on the other I was having the best days of my life.

The pictures I will share here today are just to show some of the faces that started to grow inside me during my stay in Warsaw. Great friendships and moments never to be forgotten :)

Thanks for taking the time to read some of my memories. I hope to see you for the next chapter!
