Be careful with staying in the rooms that offer WOKO.
Even though my son was asked for the acceptance letter from the University in August 2018, they did not send the rental contract. He was going to study the first semester (from Sept. 2018 to January 2019).
Arriving in September, once the room was occupied, they made him sign the contract three days later.
There are three types of contract: a minimum of 6 months, another for doctoral students for a maximum of 2 years and an indefinite one for a maximum of 8 years.
They made the contract for 8 years, when they already knew that he was going to study only the first semester as Erasmus.
You have to notify two months before leaving and look for another student to re-rent the room. If you do not have to pay another 6 months.
WOKO acted in bad faith.
