Weimar Entertainment

Even though Weimar is a small city it has nice places to go out at night. The first place all the Erasmus students got to know first was C. Keller, a place where you hace free internet access, a nice drink and exhibition rooms. They put different types of music, and the drinks have reasonable prices. My next favourite place is Zum Falken, a place where you can listen to live concerts, have an international dinner (made by international students) and a drink. The place is usualy full, especialy for the sushi evening. Then there is also an interesting place called by students;The old Factory; that only opens when the moon is full - strange reason :). This other place called;Wunderbar; was a abandoned house before, and somebody decided to occupy the place and use it as a pub. It's a bit strange with a particular bohemian style. Schützengasse is a pub just near our residence where they usually put latino music and make karaoke contests. And finally Kasseturm, a place where you have Jazz concerts every week and good drinks. I think that the entertainment places are the first Erasmus students get to know with the famous Pub Crawls organized by the International Office.
