Fill out the application form as sooner as possible

Once you signed in for Erasmus there are many reason to fill out the application form as soon as possible. If you want to stay in a student residence for example, it's very important to be at the beginning of the list. This way you get the best rooms. Later even if you choose in what residence you want to stay you'll get a room from the few rooms left. And even if you complain there is nothing you can do about it, 'cause german people like to have everything organized.

Another reason is the language course. They usualy have places for everyone but only if you sign in time. The application form must be accepted from the university you are going to, so as soon as you are sure you are accepted you can start organizing the details of your trip.
