Be careful downloading in Germany

Today a friend of mine received a letter with a 800 euro fine for downloading;Harry Potter; from a pirate bay in torrent mode. I knew in Germany were more strict about downloading but I didn't know that the fines were so high. This italian guy is even ashamed to tell his parents about the reason of the fine. So I advice you to check first the downloading laws of the countries you live before doing it. Or even better - bring movies from your country or buy them.

Another thing - you cannot visualise all types of video in youtube in Germany. Sometimes you can only see the message of;video not allowed in this country;. I am not sure of what does it depend.
