Looking for a student residence or shared flat.

Hi my name is Arturo and I am interesting to start in student residence for few moths for meeting new people who want later go into a flat or apartament.

Things about me: I am not too tudy but just in my room but If I would have to share room with someone that would change. At common areas at home as bathroom and kitchen I am quite tidy and I would like that all roomates contributes in this type of tasks. I am not a smoker but I do not mind if someone smoke at home whereas is not in my room. 

About the roommates: nice people, funny, important they must love travelling and a bit of party too.  But the most important thing for me is that it must be good feeling between all the group.

That`s all I am not asking much ;)
