2 student girls are looking for a flat with 2 bedrooms near to the city center (ISM Uni)

Dear Sir/ Madame,
We are looking for flat for 2 students girls studying in ISM. We like from site the flat #4-918951 located on Arkliu str or close to that area of University. Our problem is to rent a flat at the distance because we expect to be in Vilnius not early than August 21st morning. Thus, we want as for today to sign an intention agreement with your real estate agency with purpose to book the flat we chosen among proposed. The booking fee for such flat we like to transfer to your agency current account before current week end. From our arrival date ( 21st of August) we'll sign lease agreement directly with Lessor for next 12m and we'll pay to him/ her the caution deposit amount and rent fee consequently. Additionally we need to present the Booking/Intention Agreement to Embassy to show the residential address of student in Lithuania for visa obtain.
