Viborg is a nice but small town, so maybe it would be boring sometimes.

Yes, Absolutely.
What is the food like?
There are various kinds of food like steak, pizza, kebab, turkish food etc.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Viborg?
Comparing to the other cities in Denmark, the cost is fine.
How much does it cost to live in Viborg?
I think it is about 5000 DKK in month.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
The official language is English. Of course you can learn Danish language for free.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Viborg from your city?
I believe the best way from Copenhagen to Viborg is getting train.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Viborg?

The Viborg Domkirke, "Hvolris" or Iron Age Village, ...
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Viborg in the future?
Since Viborg is a peaceful and completely quiet, perhaps it is not suitable for people who like to be in crowd.
