It is a great calm city. Has a wonderful atmosphere either the community atmosphere or the general wheather.

I am currently a self paying student. I hope I can have an erasmus scholarship.

What is the student lifestyle like in Veszprém?

Students would enjoy their living here. Both studying courses and cultural activities.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Veszprém to other students?

Simply, they will enjoy having time here.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Veszprém?

No. Not at all. It is affordable for students. Especial the students hostel.

How much does it cost to live in Veszprém?

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Most people here do not speak English. They either speak Hungarian or German. And yes. There are language courses at the university.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Veszprém from your city?

Plane, then using the public transportation.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Veszprém?

Either to a bar. There are festivals from April to September.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Old city.
