What is it like to live in Varna? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Is the largest city and seaside resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and the third largest city in Bulgaria. With approximately half a million inhabitants, it is the administrative centre of the homonymous province and Varna Municipality and the tenth-largest city in the Balkans. It is also the fourth largest city on the Black sea.
What is the student lifestyle like in Varna?
A lot of students from different cities from Bulgaria. Every year are coming more Erasmus students and foreign people.
How much does it cost to live in Varna?
If you leave in dormitory is 100 euro per month, the food is not so expensive, could be around 150 euro per month.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Varna? Is there any advice you can give?
There are a lot of real estate agency and is really easy to find some place.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Bulgaria has a lot of different meals and there are really nice and taste. We have banitza, musaka and so on.
What places would you recommend visiting in Varna?
You have to visit all the night clubs, bars, sea garden, very beautiful views.
Is it good to eat out in Varna? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Is good to eat out, is around 5 euro for meals with drink.
Is the nightlife good in Varna? Where is good to go?
There are very cheap clubs - Avenue, Xtravaganza.
