Ciao guys, i am a PhD student, and i am going to work for 4 months at the "instituto de agroquímica y tecnología de alimentos (iata)" in Paterna, from the half of January till half of May. It will be great if someone can help me to find a room in Valencia, next to the line 1 of the Metro.

Hi everybody! I'm a Valencian student, I've got a flat with 3 free rooms in Benimaclet.
I'm looking for students who spend all the year in Valencia. The flat is 10-15 min by walk to the UV or UPV, but the Tram, Underground and Valenbici (bikes) are just to 1 min from the flat.
The price of each person is 180€ + other expenses.

We are two valencian girls living in a big flat 2 minutes walking to the beach, and we have two empty rooms availables from now (one is big and the other smaller).
We live with two dogs, so we look for people who likes animals. We also love sports, nature, music..

ATTIC, very nice and bright. It has 60 m2 indoor and 60 m2 outdoor. It’ll install all possible comforts. Outdoor with garden furniture, barbeque, deckchairs, shadow zones… There are two available rooms, 200€ the big one and 150€ the small one. Access at home in September. It’s behind to Levante Futbol Stadium. It’s very well accessible by public transport (tram) to UPV and Burjasot. (5 min. to UPV by bike). Very well studing environment. It’s demanded people with good mood, cordiality to have a nice home.
