Erasmusu is totally unresponsive and ignoring my messages and emails

Is this platform a scam? I am waiting for 22 days now for a response on my formal compaint and request for refund made to Erasmusu for a room I booked in Valencia. The entire property, including my room, was in an appalling conditions and effectively dangerous for the physical health, the mental health and the safety. I have just slept one night there, then filed the complaint and I have received no respose from Erasmusu since then (February 2, 2024). What is going on with this platfrom?

I have since then, stayed at friends' houses and managed to find an alternative accommodation on my own. I have already paid 470 euros to Erasmusu for this "service". They are still nowwhere to be found...
