Urgently seeking a room in Utrecht !

Hi, I'm a 26 year old athlete who is relocating to Utrecht on January 4th. I'm currently training in Italy but can look at rooms from the 4th January onwards. I'm looking for somewhere in the center or north of the city, near to the speedskating rink, and can afford 300 euros a month. I'm looking for a room for at least three months and need it to have an internet connection. Thanks !! Jay
