Trees with no leaves

My experience this time was in 2009. It was my first trip to another country. My first question at that time to my old friend was that "why the trees have no leaves". It was a day in March, the end of Winter in America and I was from the South of Vietnam. In my place, I only know two seasons a year, wet season or the dry one. The trees in my hometown are always green. I believed that my question was not the stupid one at least for someone like me. After the landing and getting out of the airport, the first question was about the tree and leaves, not about snow. Why ? It was not in my imagination about the weather and differences between two places.

I don't know well about the others but for myself, that was the impression. The weather was too cold that all leaves fall during the Autumn. That led me to another question, "are they all dead?" As what I have known, most trees with leaves die and have no more leaves. This was one of the most interesting question that I don't need to ask anyone. The trees and grass told me by themselves. When I was there, it turned Spring and trees started to change very fast. One night, the trees seemed dead and the next morning, it had small buds.

This experience teaches me a lot in my life after the trip. Everything that I know may be wrong because I just understand from what I learned, not from the whole big world. And the world is too different and beautiful. My viewpoint was changed, my teaching methods were changed and my life was changed too. Trees in Winter with no supports, no leaves and they still survive during the most difficult period of time. I learn from that, I learn to survive, I learn to deal with the difficulties and I learn to contribute to the world even in my worst time.

Those are what we call experiences. They sound kind of stupid, but not at all. Things are totally new to us when we first meet them.

Every period in our life has special thing which we have to note and learn from it. I was a student in small province with simple thinking. But all things are changed when I has started to live a big city as HCMC. Many competition appear in my life. I have to fight to survive and learn how to deal with difficulties......

I like the sentence " I learn to survive, I learn to deal with the difficulties and I learn to contribute to the world even in my worst time" because you must face to face with everything to solve them. Hidden them, you will be lose.

The trees strike deep root into the soil... the trees without leaves does not mean a dead tree but a reaction to be survived on the tough condition, it is a waiting time to be gemmated and blossomed... To be survived through the tough time, there must be a skill and spirit.
