Generally, what is University of Pune like?

University of Pune is huge and has numerous colleges affiliated to its name all over Pune.
It has a beautiful and a huge campus with a lot of foreign students enrolled in various courses.

What are the facilities like?

I graduated from Fergusson college with a bachelors in Psychology, and my college is affiliated to the UOP. There is an overall development of the student, right from academics to extra curricular activities.

What are the tutors like?

Tutors are par excellence and possess years of teaching experience in their respective fields. Class participation is encouraged and a lot of real life examples are provided.

Are the lessons easy in University of Pune?

It totally depends on the course you opt for, but it shouldn't be much of an issue as the University is quite attentive towards its students and hence follows the curricula accordingly.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

There are a lot of activities organized. University has inter college cultural competitions,blood donation camps, seminars and has various societies like the debating and environmental club etc.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

Personally I got the opportunity to benefit from the professors and staff whose teaching methods were well defined and first rate.
