Università Bocconi: a demanding environment

Bocconi was certainly an ego moderator for me. Being myself used to always have everything I wanted, I arrived in an academically extremely demanding university, surrounded by the Italian "crème de la crème", in a city where look alone can get you everywhere.

Apart from the social environment which is a bit selective sometimes, my experience was extremely fun when it came to parties, since Milan is really the place to be when it comes to enjoy yourself.

The exams were very hard to pass, especially due to the style of studying expected. Teachers expect you to memorise the book, rather than understand it. They will ask you specific questions, rather than your opinion about the subject. Nevertheless, if you're ready for this style of exams (which I wasn't) it's not that difficult.

But overall, and unless you're a beautiful royal princess willing to show off how much money you have, I would say there are more relaxed environments to learn and have fun.
