Do not underestimate what you can fit in the pockets of their coats. My advice is to carry more warm than the coat you put on the plane.
Such coats used to have many pockets, you can put them all! Usually have problems with excess baggage or the limitation of hand luggage. In the pockets I took a lot of food, razors, boots... try to carry heavier items.
Maybe you dislike the idea, but it’s only a trip, and it useful to have those things then in Umea.
