The left part of the sink
Do not be scared, and do not think that this post is stupid. The sink in Sweden is always divided into 2: a large one right and one smaller on the left. The left is perfectly prepared, and used to peel all fruits and vegetables, and the skin fall to the sink. I know that it sounds disgusting, but here they tell you to do that.
Then there are some plastic things (often shaped like a cat), which are like shovels to pick up all those scraps you have in that part of the sink, and throw them to the organic waste. The thing is, is a form of strainer, and drain is not the same as another, making it more comfortable.
At first, I refused to do it in that way, but over time I felt so comfortable, and always do it. When I arrive to Spain, I will miss this method... hahahaha
