Swedish dinner!
this week has been dressed by the buddy group, because we have met twice.
The first, on Tuesday: Swedish dinner! Finally, to taste the Swedish food! The buddies came together to prepare a meal of these typical Swedish food.
Marco, the Uruguayan, study cuisine here. All other buddys also made something of their role. Swedish gastronomy gives plenty to stretch … dinner was composed of:
-Meatballs: However, I missed some kind of sauce, not only the raspberry jam
-Sausage, apparently here are typical of Christmas. mini sausages cut by the sides that gave them a curious way. But as before, as a bit dull...
-Potatoes: boiled potatoes. With nooil and salt, or something to accompany,
no more the salty food, like I said...
Sweet food was better! thanks to Marco, of course! some brownies, a caramelized apple cake with;crunchy” and typical Swedish coconut balls!
I was filled with candy... of course... jajajaja
But I must say that I very much appreciate how well behaved the buddys! and although there were no reindeer, I really enjoyed it!
