Ica supermarket

In alidhem centrum is the Ica supermarket, a supermarket that could be assimilated to mercadona. It's expensive, because things are expensive in Sweden, but prices are not bad. Look at brands like Ica, or euroshopper (incredibly cheap).

They have always discounts if you have to go glancing from time to time, but careful not to get ripped off, which sometimes do not make the discounts if you do not say anything. You can get the ic card (I have none), and you get points for discounts on other things. In addition, at certain times, it is normal distributed sample food, pizzas, waffles, coffee, smoothies, yogurt, meat... Sometimes you can eat if you want!

And most important of all: With fruit, you will see a 3 baskets piled high with bananas (with a sign above in Swedish). The poster reads: Take a banana free. That is, whenever you go to ica can get free bananas! Sometimes there aren’t, but usually yes. I always eat a banana when I go to ica :p
