I advise you to get a bike as soon as possible. You can look online at blocket.se, or the buddy page facebook group. You'll also find many posters on lampposts, or the international office.
There are several thrift stores where to buy, but there are usually more expensive. IF you are lucky you can get a bike for 400-500 sek. If you're unlucky, and you have to buy at a store, wait a long time (as happened to me), expect to pay 800-900 sek.
Do not pay more for a bike just in that it’s a very very good one.
