Prepare a good first aid kit before you leave and carry it. In other countries health care is different. In Sweden, drugs are different and more expensive. In addition, pharmacies are not open at night (no all-night chemist's)
Each person knows what is often needed. But at least you always have to take paracetamol, ibuprofen, bandages, gauze...
Talk to your doctor before going and he will help you too. Nor carry so much things!
