As a general rule, most doors are closed to the public and you can only enter if you have a special card. You can order the card in the university, may you have to pay something for it. It is not always so useful to have one.
For example, for bussiness and sociology, the doors used to be always open, but at my school there are many closed, such as computers room, whether you have to have it to enter.
If you have subjects in different faculties, you have to have different cards.
