arrives when the international office is open

It is important that you get when the international office is open to grab the keys from the residence. For 2 days (days on which it is best to arrive), it’s open later.

If you can not arrive before that time, the best is to contact someone to pick up the key for you and give it you later ( I picked it up to 4 people).

If you can not do any of that, you have to stay in a hostel or hotel for one night, until you can collect the keys. So think carefully before you buy a flight that arrives too late to Umea.
