Are the lessons easy in the University of Lisbon?

They are if you speak portuguese, but if you don't your colleagues will help you. In general everyone speaks more than the mother tongue. They can speak at least english, but commonly there are also french, spanish and italian speakers.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

Yes, they do. There are parties to celebrate life at the university. There are academic and sports praxes and normally a lots of discussions on maters treated at each discipline, but they are always open to all the community.
