Amman - University of Jordan

Amman, Is a nice place, cool, friendly and very welcoming people, life inside the university (Jordan University) can be also nice, most of the people look forward for having fun beside passing their major, even more interested in hang outs than their own studies.

There are people who are fond of establishing relationships with expats inside the university, those who like to hangout and exchange culture. However you will also encounter abnoxious people who try to hit on you if you are a girl. You will find people from every nation, spanish, italian, english, american, frensh, african, and asian with you.

There are many cool places that you can surf in Jordan - i personally prefer the south (Wadi Rum) and my hometown (Jerash), but i am talking about only amman here which is the capital, usually for anyone in amman, he/she will end up stuck in the night life scene, house parties and bar hopping - Which is expensive but actually fun !

People are easy going, it is hard to get in touch with a true blood Jordanian there, as WE are very few in comparison with the total population, but you will find people who will claim it for sure, as they've lived for long, but doesn't mean they can really represent a Jordanian person in my point of view. However, most of people are nice in Amman and friendly.

I encourage people to visit Jordan, for too many reason, its a nice country, nice people, new culture, and very amusing for a people-kind of person
