Generally, what is University of Guadalajara like?
University of Guadalajara is the public university in the state of Jalisco, most of its centers are located in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara, but there are also faculties in other regions of the state. The university is also very active in the cultural life of the city and close regions.
What are the facilities like?
Facilities can vary a lot from one another, each faculty works and is organised independently. There are some super beautiful faculties, others might be soberer, I studied in the faculty of Arts, Architecture and Design, it was not spectacular, but we had an amazing view to the “Barranca de Huentitán”. So it depends, in general they all have a proper library, conference room and cafeteria.
What are the tutors like?
There are good ones and bad ones.
Are the lessons easy in University of Guadalajara?
Depends what are you studying and which professor you chose…
Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?
There are many cultural activities that are organised by the university. Students frequently coordinate other activities too.
