Hi,
I'm also a french student and heading to Turku next year :)
I actually have a question, it is concerning the application form for the shared apartments on the campus
If I'm not mistaken, the cheapest one is Iltakajo/Aamurusko, But I can't find it in the area group on the application form.
Is it Iltakajo/Aftonrodnaden or Aamurusko/Morgongryningen ?
And then comes the apartment type and I'm just so lost, is it "3 rooms shared apartment for exchange students" the right one ?
I hope it made sens a bit and that you'll be able to help me haha

Hi Marie!!
Let's see Iltakajo and Aamurusko are diferent apartment area, but they are quite close, in fact they are in the same neigbourhood (Varissuo).
They both are the cheapest yes, so what you have to do is choose anyone of them, and the apartments could shared by 2 or 3 students.
As I supposed that you know, they are shared apartment but The Student Village Foundation also offers a dormitory service (like a student's residence), but if you want a shared aparment my recomendation is Päivänpaiste or Haliskyla ;)
Gook Luck!!

Hi !
Thank you for the last response :)
I was wondering if it's better to buy a good coat and shoes there ? Is there a good shop at Turku or it's best to go at Helsinki ?
And one last question :) is it best to buy a camera there, because it's more resistant to the cold ?
Thank you !!
