Lago di Molveno
This is nice place for sports and nature lovers. This place is situated in Trentino in Italy. There is beautiful lake with blue colour water which creates the appearance of a paradise. This lake is surrounded by the Paganella mountains and the dolomite mountains. The reflection of the mountains which has fallen on the water of the lake, creates beautiful panoramic view. Italian poet Antonio Fogazzaro admired the beauty of the lake as “jewel in a precious casket”.
Seasons
I have been in both summer season and the winter season. In the winter season, this lake is empty without water. We can see the depth of this lake during that period. According to the statistics the average depth of this lake is 49.3 meters.
But in summer it is filled with water. Small rivers which come from the mountains are fallen to lake Molveno at the last. This place is very famous among tourists for outdoor activities, sports, boat ridings, hiking and gorgeous landscapes. This place is quite famous for fishing, sailing and diving from March to October.
Facilities
There is a small park near the lake with a small paly ground for kids. These facilities create perfect place for a family picnics and romantic dates. There are few wooden bridges to enter to the park area which is covered with beautiful flowers. It creates a uniqueness to this lake.
While I was there, once I spent few days in a camping site. It was an amazing experience in such a good environment. I loved to walk around the lake in the morning. While I was walking around the lake it was very common to see small animals such as rabbits and variety of fish in the water.
Conclusion
I would like to recommend this place for spending your summer break with your family and friends by enjoying the nature and lots of outdoor activities. If you like to see more by your own eyes you can find it from this link: youtube
