hi my name is jean-rené, i'm student in toulouse and i would like to rent my flat for 400euro

it's located at purpan at 5minutes to the tramway

there is a bedroom, a living room, a balcony, a kitchen (not separated with the living room) and a bathroom with toilets.

it's a flat from 35m², really silent and really clean. the kitchen is with all equipements.
