19 year old gamer boy, looking for a roommate in Tokyo

I am a university student in Tokyo seeking a roommate to share accommodation with for at least 12 months. I am looking for roommates aged 18 to 39, regardless of nationality or gender, who can cooperate on household tasks. (Most apartments in Japan do not allow pets, so please consider this; although, I would love to have a pet!)

I plan to secure an apartment in July and move in during August. Ideally, I would like to discuss together which apartment to choose; my preferred areas are Shinjuku, Nakano, and Suginami.

Having lived in Japan for 8 years, I previously resided in a rural area before relocating to Tokyo. Currently, I am living in a student dormitory.

I only accept individuals who can cover their initial costs, rent, bills, and food expenses (I will cover half of the shared expenses).
