What is it like to live in Tirane? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Tirana is the capital of Albania and is a crowdy city with full of architectural buildings surrounded by roads full of cars. Being the capital of Albania, students after finishing their high school, they try to reach the public universities of Tirana depending on the level of the grades that they achieve in the Statal Mature Exams of Albanian High School. Tirana is the best place for every person/student to work or study. The main reason is that to find a job in Tirana is extremely easy, as much easy as every stranger that lives in Tirana has also a job and on the other hand there are Public and Private Universities with many programs that can help students define their profession through these academic programmes.

Preparing the dinner, hanging out with friends in bars and clubs as Tirana is a place with full of bars and clubs, preparing any project for the university and many other random things that a student usually does.

In Tirana is not so difficult to find an accommodation. Tirana has some official magazines that are full of annoucements of accommodation and job offering. So foreign students almost, they take a map of Tirana, they also buy one of these magazines that cost like 70 lek (50 cents) and they can find an accommodation easily. What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Here the food is tremendous, that's why the prices are a little bit high when you want to eat something classic in a restaurant. Here we have generally very low prices on vegetables, fruits and the basic food that you need to cook. If you want to live fancy and eat in restaurants, like everywhere in the world, it will be expensive. We have a lot of traditional food as byrek, pasterma, turli, tave kosi and many many others and on the other hand we have the fancy food like everywhere in the world. My favourite dishes are: (I am writing them in Albanian because they don't exist as words in English) Tavë dheu, Gjellë me turli, Tavë kosi.
