Destination Holland... stop Tilburg

If I ask myself how I got into this mess of leaving Erasmus, it was one of those moments that you say, it's now or never. And it was now... After lots of paperwork D-day finally came, that day where they tell you if you're in or you're out, if you are going to the other end of Europe, to a neighbouring country or you are grateful to have participated. I remember that day about four months ago, nervous next to my friends and companions, until you see your name and your destination: Tilburg.

As of here the questions come, little do you know of the destination, it is located in Holland, a good university and little else. You start to investigate, and then you discover that it is located in the Brabant province in the North of the Netherlands. Here you can find a map where you can see it well:

Tilburg is a city of 200, 000 inhabitants (it is the sixth most populated in Holland). It does not have an airport, so we will go to the nearest which is the airport of Eindhoven that is located about 28 km from Tilburg. Since Amsterdam is a little further, about 90 Km. There in Eindhoven you take a train and it is half an hour, you have reached your destination!

After you get to know (more or less) where you are going, the flight mess starts, residences, paper work, etc., but that I will tell you in future posts.

See you in Holland amigos,

"Walker, your footprints are the path and nothing else: walker there is no path, the path is done when walking. " (Antonio Machado)
