Looking for a clean and respnsible roomate to share and apartment in Tijuana.

I am a 64 year old retired American very clean and responsible my Spanish is not very good and I am looking for a nice apartment in the Tijuana area or on the Tijuana beaches I want to be close to the border because I need to visit San Diego on a regular basis and I am looking for a roommate willing to split it all fifty percent. I don't smoke, I don't use drugs, I drink very little, I don't have pets and I'm looking for a non-smoking roommate between 35 and 70 years old, male or female, which is really important to me. is that you are responsible and that you are clean and that you can afford to pay 50% of everything. I don't have a specific department yet, yes, but from what I can tell to get something decent it's going to cost me 15 to 20,000 pesos a month. I am looking for something furnished, of course, ideally, but I am willing to be flexible if necessary. My target date is August 1, but it can also be flexible.
