ROOM SUBLET JULY 2024 TO DECEMBER 2024

Hi, I am subletting my room from the 1st of July 2024 to the 31st of December 2024. The room is in a three bedroom apartment so you will share the kitchen and bathroom and living room with two other persons. The place is very clean and has a big living space while being very luminous. The room is about 11m², it's already furnished because I'm coming back in January so I'll leave the furniture there of course with bed sheets and hangers. There is a double size bed, a desk, a mirror and 2 cupboards. 

The apartement is situated in the Laak area of Den Haag, exactly 3min from Lorentzplein tram stop and 5min from the supermarket. Access to the city center in 12min with the tram and 10 by bike. The Holland Spoor train station is 5min away by tram and about 15min max by walking. The neighborhood is really nice with a small park in front of the apartment and a bigger one at the end of the street.
