Why did you choose to go to The Hague, Netherlands?
To have my first experience on an internship
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
3 months, I don't receive any money.
What is the student lifestyle like in The Hague?
You are busy all day but fortunately the working day finishes at 6:00 pm and the weekends are free so you can go around Holland or relax.
Would you recommend the city and the University of The Hague to other students?
Yes, it's a relaxing, quiet and stimulating city.
What is the food like?
Very good.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in The Hague?
It took me 2 months to find a good accommodation.
How much does it cost to live in The Hague?
Between 400 and 600 euros only for rent.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
I don't know dutch, but everyone here speaks a very good English.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to The Hague from your city?
Only plane.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in The Hague?
Centruum.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in The Hague?
They are all expensive but good, all in Centruum.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Parks, historical buildings and museums.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to The Hague in the future?
First thing to do: buy a bike!
