Why did you choose to go to Teramo, Italy?

Because my university, Chulalongkorn uni. in Thailand, have the contract with the University of Teramo, Italy for the student exchanged program.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

For me, it is 3 months and the budget is around 1000 euro per months include accommodation cost.

What is the student lifestyle like in Teramo?

Almost of them take a bus or train to their uni.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Teramo to other students?

Yes, the people who lives or studies here, are so friendly, and the city has a very nice view of the ice mountain which you can go to ski their.

What is the food like?

Great pizza and coffee.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Teramo?

Depend on where you choose, the cost is around 90 to 200 euro per month.

How much does it cost to live in Teramo?

For eating, around 5 to 10 euro per day.
For transportation, around 1.2 euro per round for bus or per station for train, anyway you can do the monthly ticket, it will be around 33 euro per month for all bus number.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes, you can find the English speaker in the university, but the other are speaking Italian. However, if you have the google translator application, everything gonna easier.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Teramo from your city?

From Thailand, we took the airplane to Italy, then we took the flixbus to Teramo.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Teramo?

In the central of Teramo, you can find many good restaurants or coffee bar their.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Didn't explore yet.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Teramo in the future?

First of all, you have to make sure where is your faculty because the University of Teramo is a big uni which have 3 different places, and prepare your photo in the passport form around 10 pictures. Then, when you arrived, you should know what is the easy way to get their. If you have to take bus, go to the main office of baltour in the central of Teramo to do the monthly ticket which use 1 picture of you, and for the daily ticket, you should buy it from the bar around bus stop or the place that they sell and ask for the blue ticket, it will cheaper than the other color and cheaper than buy it from the bus driver.
