Teramo is a small city so you can expect a student lifestyle of a very small city.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Teramo to other students?
I would highly recommend the university of veterinary studies.
What is the food like?
You find pizza at every corner, but everything else is very expensive and there are actually not many restaurants.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Teramo?
No it is relatively easy to find accommodation in Teramo.
How much does it cost to live in Teramo?
Rent 200-250 Euro. Food is more expensive than in Lithaunia or Germany.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
It is easy to grips if you talk already spanish like I did, there are courses available but not very helpful.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Teramo from your city?
Bus/Plane/Train
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Teramo?
The places you can go to you can count on one hand.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Teramo?
Not really, but la Stazione makes great Pizza.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Teramo in the future?
If you are searching for a very small town atmosphere you are welcome in Teramo. But what annoyed me the most was that there is not one single cozy study place you can go to. There is a public library but the smell there made it impossible for me to study there. So if you like to study at home, and want to have the quality of a good veterinary-university you should definitely consider Teramo.
