a flat in tel aviv for a couple near gan hair roof

we are couple.(26,30).going to be wed in sept.looking for a flat, maybe on a roof. low budget. we are starting to work. we need a plce in a circle area near gan hair ,city hall ibn gvirol st. no partners beacause now we wiil be newly wed. roof flat of 2 rooms .or flat 2 rooms , balcony. not a ground flat.we need aplace with oppurtunity to entartain friends.i'm religious so it is important for me to be close by foot in saturday to my parents synagoge.
