What is it like to live in Tbilisi? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Living in Tbilisi is fun when you have friends around. Georgians like hanging out after work, drinking sometimes not only during the weekends ))) City itself is quite small, doesn't have that modern architecture but if you like homey and cozy cities, Tbilisi is like that. Also, I should say that it's very safe city ^^

What is the student lifestyle like in Tbilisi?

It's looot of fun with newly met friends. Student's like parties especially during their first and second years...but actually if continues after as well.

How much does it cost to live in Tbilisi?

If you need to rent a place you might need around 350-500 euro for a good located flat. You can find roommates though and prices might be more acceptable for students. Food and cafes aren't very expensive, around 250 euro might be enough. Depends you like cooking at home or not. If you do, you will save not a little amount of money.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Tbilisi? Is there any advice you can give?

If you want to find flat for a short term stay, Air BnB is probably the best option. I you need flat for a long period of time than it might be more complicated, because most of the web pages you can find apartments are in Georgian

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food is amazing...I love Acharuli Khachapuri and any kind of Khachapuri... Also Lobiani ^^... Suuper yummy..

What places would you recommend visiting in Tbilisi?

Old Tbilisi part; Narikala, Fabrika during the weekends )))

Is it good to eat out in Tbilisi? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

You can't really find lot of International restaurants.. but it is still worth to eat out just make sure you go to a good place... Lolita is one of my favorites

Is the nightlife good in Tbilisi? Where is good to go?

It's definitely something worth to try... Bassiani

What advice would you give future students heading to Tbilisi?

Make Georgian friends and they will do their best to make your life unforgettable here ^^ It's better to have somebody in Georgia who is willing to help you in organizational issues at least
