Why did you choose to go to Tbilisi, Georgia?

I am a student here, the study is good and cheap. i am doing my Doctor of Medicine in University Geomedi.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My studies are for 6 years.My livivng expenses are around 500USD per month. which is really costly for me.

What is the student lifestyle like in Tbilisi?

student life is really good here

Would you recommend the city and the University of Tbilisi to other students?

I would recommend the city as a tourism spot and for study of medicine but not for any other studies.

What is the food like?

Food is good here.But if u are a Vegetarian or a Vegan u r gonna suffer here a lot. u ll not get anything to eat.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Tbilisi?

Yes for the first time i Had to pay 100USD but it was all unnecessary.

How much does it cost to live in Tbilisi?

200 USD per month

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Language is a bit difficult, but my university is providing free course of Georgian language so i have learned it a bit.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Tbilisi from your city?

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Tbilisi?

Yes, nightlife in Tbilisi is really good. and the city is really very safe for night outs.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

there are a lots of churches in the city, Vake park, lisi lake, turtle lake and marjanishvili square are the places one must visit in Tbilisi.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Tbilisi in the future?

please learn the basic words of Georgian language before coming here. then no one will loot u.and
