It is a quite silent city with all facilities of a metropolitan. I would definitely recommend it.

Tampere is a student city. The student party starts on Thursday. So, it's a long weekend.

It's around 560 euros.

Sometimes. So apply early to TOAS or POAS.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
It's great. Many kebab and pizza places. My favourite is makkaraa perunat.
What places would you recommend visiting in Tampere?
Pyynikin tower and beach, Viikinsaari, lakes, and saunas around the city.
Is it good to eat out in Tampere? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Yup. Lots of kebab and pizza places. Mallashovi has the cheapest drinks if you have a student card.
Is the nightlife good in Tampere? Where is good to go?
Yes, lots of bars but gotta explore the city and explore the bars.
What advice would you give future students heading to Tampere?
Book your place fast. And enjoy your time in the city.
