What is it like to live in Szczecin? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Although Szczecin is one of major seaports in Poland, it isn't really located by the seaside (distance to the nearest sea resort is about 100km). Anyway, it's worth visiting due to it's history and monuments, as well as stunning landscapes outside the agglomeration.
What is the student lifestyle like in Szczecin?
We could easily say that Szczecin is student city. There are so many of us, so finding people with the same interests isn't a problem. Not to mention ID-based discounts in fastfoods and different events, this city is really open to students.
How much does it cost to live in Szczecin?
Szczecin is not really that expensive if you know where to buy. Just look for shopping centers and avoid open-air markets.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Szczecin? Is there any advice you can give?
You can request spot in a dormitory (it's really cheap) or try finding private flat or room. There are many offers, but the conditions are sometimes questionable.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Aside from McDonalds, KFCs, Burger Kings etc. on every corner in center there are some local fastfoods, which many treat like traditional to the region locals - Rab Bar, Mak Kwak and Paszteci
Is it good to eat out in Szczecin? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
For people who prefer "normal" meal, there are many locals serving homemade food for a reasonable price.
Is the nightlife good in Szczecin? Where is good to go?
There are many night clubs and pubs, everyone can suit themselves.

Hi ! Thanks for sharing this info. I will go there in September 2016. Is the weather cold in there ?
