Erasmus experience in Szczecin (ZUT - West Pomeranian University of Technology)

Szczecin is a relatively small city located about 2:30h away from Berlin with approximately 400, 000 residents. The university offers accommodation for 90 €/month, and if you are an engineering student you'll probably be given a room in Ds4, which is one of the oldest dormitory buildings. So don't exept high quality services. What you have to expect is high quality fun in Ds4. Szczecin Esn is quite big, very active network willing to help students with every kind of issues. The guys there also organize some really good events during the whole semester.

Life in city

The city is full of clubs, spots for food and bars in a big range of prices and with every kind of music and people. There are lots of places for sports and outdoor activities.

Studies

The faculty of Mechanical engineering and Mechatronics, has very good facilities and professors, but you need to study in order to pass the subjects.

I highly recommend the place, especially during the summer semester. Have fun!
