What is it like to live in Strasbourg? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

It's not a huge city but it has an insteresting history and a beautiful architecture, people are pretty nice and calm. The weather is very bipolar. But yes I recommend it because it's a nice to live.

You can find any culture here, that's why it's the capital of Europe!

What is the student lifestyle like in Strasbourg?

It's pretty active, there is a huge university, students do have a lot of opportunities here. A great mix of studies. There are also a lot of very great school than the University.

How much does it cost to live in Strasbourg?

I have honestly no idea (still living at home).

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Strasbourg? Is there any advice you can give?

I know there are special appartement or accomodation around the university but I don't know the prices and the popularity of them.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Alsacian food is amazing but it's special if you're not familiar with it at first. My favourite dishes are Flammenkueche and Fleischschnaka!

What places would you recommend visiting in Strasbourg?

The center, there are a lot of tourist but it's very beautiful indeed so check it out.

Is it good to eat out in Strasbourg? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes it is, we have some really good restaurant, the traditional ones are very good.

Is the nightlife good in Strasbourg? Where is good to go?

There are a lot of nightclubs in and around the city and a lot of bars too. Like the Public House, Le Chariot, Le Grincheux, Le Brasseur etc... The place with all that activity is called "La Krutenau".

What advice would you give future students heading to Strasbourg?

Make friends, eat Flammenkueche, drink beers and party! And study of course...
