It is really hard to get it. I recommend you to apply for a residence where you can find many other students like you. Prices are around 3, 000 and 4, 000 SEK. If you have your Erasmus in Stockholm log in on http://www.sssb.se/ to find accommodation. It uses a point system so lets to register as soon as possible.
