Riga

Riga is in the middle of the Baltic Countries, it is the capital city of Letonia. Riga’s national day is 18 November, when we start our trip there for three days. It started with a kind of military exposition and it was so exiting to see the soldiers, military cars, guns… everything for the communist era, but still working in their army.

Riga is a city that can surprise a lot the visitors. Personally I like much more than Tallin. It is small but bigger than the other and you need more days to visit it. You should visit many momuments as the black head square or the freedom monument. Do not forget the central market because is still from a communist era and it is very impressive the way people buy and sell their products. Are you excited? Let’s to know Riga deeply.
