It is a basic paper in your erasmus program. It is the way to transfer your credits between your abroad university and your own university. It is a formal agreement between both and it will be sign by the two.
If you come to Sweden should know the outline because it usually so early. The best option is to talk to your coordinator in your own country in order to he or she can help you with this annoying operations.
In Sweden I remember it was before September when I have to decide my subjects I want to course for the year. It is early and difficult so, somebody can help you it would be the best idea.
