Student with small dog looking for a room in St.Petersburg

I am a 36 year old student from Norway who plans to study russian literature at St.Petersburg State University both fall and spring semester 2015/16. I am looking to rent a room in a shared apartment where I also may live with a dog (boston terrier, 8 kg). I am friendly, tidy and clean. I speak and understand russian, although not a pro yet:) I prefer to live not too far from the University, or at least close to a metro station.
